The Foundations Program at Iron Prairie Strength Lab in Moosomin is designed to help you build confidence, learn the basics, and get comfortable in the gym. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or just new to functional fitness, this program is the perfect entry point into our classes.
Over the course of the program, you’ll learn fundamental movements, proper technique, and how our workouts work, all in a supportive and welcoming environment. Each session is coach-led with plenty of guidance and modifications so you can progress at your own pace.
Foundations is also a great on-ramp program for anyone returning to fitness after time away or looking to refresh their skills before joining regular classes.
