Drop-ins at Iron Prairie Strength Lab can be arranged ahead of time and are open to anyone interested in trying a class.
To get started, just reach out to us or connect with any of our coaches. We’ll help you choose a class that makes sense for you and send you a link to purchase your drop-in before attending. Once you’re booked, arrive a few minutes early so we can get you checked in and oriented before class starts.
If you’re brand new to training or feeling unsure where to start, we often recommend a No Sweat Intro instead. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure way to chat about your goals and make sure you have the best possible first experience.
